This home is a great option in Mexico Beach for under 300k. You get a 2024-built home with a garage. This is part of a development by the St Joe Company that will have direct beach access, access to the boat ramp, and lots of commercial space where we hopefully will see new restaurants and stores come to the area. Although no short-term rentals are allowed, this is the cheapest home in Mexico Beach.
This is one of the cheapest condos in Mexico Beach. It is one of the few units in Waterside Village with new countertops and appliances. It comes fully furnished with great furniture. The complex has a nice pool and hot tub as well as direct canal access for boaters. It is only about a block and a half from the beach. For the price, it is the closest you can get to the beach.
