Welcome to my website. I love the Forgotten Coast Area and want to help provide you with the most information available to help educate you on buying or selling in this rather complex market. I grew up in Tallahassee, Florida, where my mother was in the worker’s comp. industry, and my father was in the construction field. My summer vacations originally started in Lanark Village, at my Uncle Johnny’s beach house. Our trips slowly kept ending up further and further West unit l my parents finally decided to pack everything up and move to St Joe Beach, where we built our dream home. I did all four years of high school at Port St Joe High School, and am proud to call myself a Tiger Shark. 

Shortly after moving to Port St Joe, my mother opened up her own vacation rental management company, Sunshine Vacation Rentals. For four years, I learned the ins and outs of property management, from maintenance to SEO marketing and projections. I started out my professional career by opening a pool service company at 19. After a year of chemically stained hands and netting pools in 100 Florida summer heat, I fixed my eyes on the real estate world. I was able to obtain my Florida real estate license and, through pure fate, was connected with Zach Childs, the owner of 98 Real Estate Group. Since starting, I have sold close to $50M   of real estate and In the year 2023 alone, I sold over $23,000,000 of real estate and was the top-producing agent in Mexico Beach. In addition to being the top-producing agent, I was also the #1 condo agent in both 2022 and 2023. Although much of my success does come in the Mexico Beach area, I have experience selling property from St. George Island and up the panhandle to Panama City Beach. 

I strive to provide the best service to buyers and sellers from Mexico Beach to Cape San Blas. I work extremely hard to make sure that each buyer and seller gets the best service available, no matter the size of the deal. People know they can count on me, and I take great pride in that reputation. I am extremely knowledgeable of market conditions and the source of information for numerous banks, asset managers, potential buyers, seasoned investors, and property owners. My commitment to customers continues well after the sale. I don’t spend much time away from work but when I do, I love spending time with my wife, Allie, more than anything. You will also catch me fishing, watching college football, duck hunting, golfing, and working on a project at my house. Above all, I stand firm in my faith in Jesus Christ and try to serve others in any way I possibly can. If I have a flaw as an agent, it’s that I will never pressure you into making a decision you aren’t 100% comfortable with. I have no problem losing some commission if everything isn’t right and a “win” for everybody involved. I promise to treat you well as a customer.
