The best way I can put it to you is this; I would trust my (hypothetical)kid to walk from one end of S 39th St to the other by themselves but I would not trust my kid to cross Hwy 98. The unit could use some updated furniture but it is not a must. A unit in the same community recently closed for $580k but needed some serious water damage to it.
