This is the best option on the canal in Mexico Beach. Townhomes and single-family residences are hard to get for a good price on the canal, let alone on the beachside of the Hwy. This 2BR end unit is perfect for fishermen. The property comes with an extra-wide boat slip just steps away from the back porch. There is good news for the wives who don’t want to go fishing. The beach access is only 500 feet away! Plus you don’t have to go underneath the bridge so this is perfect for any boaters with upper stations.

This is the cheapest option on the Mexico Beach Canal. For 414,900 you get a 2 bedroom condo that comes furnished with great furniture. Although you can’t keep your boat at any of the 12 community docks for more than 24 hours at a time, offers direct canal access. These docks are great for loading up for offshore trips the night before. Go ahead and launch the boat, dock it at the condo, get everything ready, and save 30 minutes the following morning! 

 

4000 Hwy 98 B3-204 

 

This is a perfect mix between the 2 previous properties. This 2 bedroom condo is located in the boater-friendly West End Harbor. Although it is only 2 bedrooms, it is 1800sqft and sleeps plenty of people. Many owners within the complex have turned their units into 3 bedrooms. The unit comes with a covered lift and slip, as well as a storage room that doubles as a rod room with a cabinet perfect for setting up. The complex is within a block of the beach, close to some good restaurants, and in the widest part of the canal, allowing for a seamless entrance and exit.
